I think Bloomberg and Kelly should step up and tell Holder that these
terrorist should be tried in a military court and not in New York….
and if this is all polical, we should get rid of these politicans

The framers of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution defined and ascribed therein the term DESPOTS to our enemies for a reason! So that we may never forget what drives and motivates them. We enumerated our grievances there for a reason also…so that succeeding generations would know how to recognize their despotic and evil deeds, lest we succumb to them also.

It appears our domestic enemies today as well feel quite comfortable coming out of the woodwork knowing that they are under the kind protection of a long suffering American citizenry and taxpayer.

What is wrong in a country which prides itself upon its due process rights, yet allows a mass murdering illegal enemy combatant the rights of a citizen before a civilian court, yet at the same time DENIES those same rights to four NAVY SEALS who are AMERICANS, who fight for their country, and yet are court martialled for giving the enemy a fat lip!!!!!!!!?

It is ironic that for years the international and domestic America haters have claimed that unlawful enemy combatant Guantanamo prisoners were being denied Geneva Convention rights, which no international body or court recognizes under any treaty, yet contradict themselves in their willingness to violate that same Convention by parading these PRISONERS OF WAR THROUGH A CIVILIAN TRIAL!! THIS DEFIES THEIR OWN TWISTED LOGIC!

EVERY MEMBER OF CONGRESS WHO SUPPORTS THIS ACTION BY HOLDER AND OBAMA ARE ON NOTICE! YOU, AND YOUR STAFF, BY THIS TIME NEXT YEAR WILL NOT GET A JOB CLEANING LATRINES IF WE CAN HELP IT!

Our government has been taken over (through illegal activies and deception and cheating) by people who who hate our military, our way of life, our freedom, our prosperity, our faith in the only true God, and our Constitution. They love our enemies, those who hate us, want to kill us, and see us on our knees. All they want is to tax us into poverty, keep us dependent on them, like slaves, and control us.

Yet we just watch our big screen TV’s, sit on our couch’s, have a beer and think, “There is nothing to worry about, the Democrats and Republican’s, they’re all the same.” Will we ever wake up!!!!

When I came home From Iraq I was diagnosed with PTSD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, (a medical term that simply means that as long as I live I WILL NEVER FORGET!) I was told that I am sick that I am not Right. Then I turned on the TV and I see Dick Durbin saying American soldiers are committing acts of torture at places like Abu Grab and Quantico because they had a Al Qaeda terrorist who saws civilians heads off with their hands tied behind their backs, Al Qaeda terrorist who place bombs on three year old children, Al Qaeda terrorist who came in our country when we were at peace and murdered over two thousand American civilians, and they had these terrorist standing on a bar stool with a dunce cap on their head and that’s Torture! Why in the hell didn’t he say a damned thing about Matt Maupin, Shoshana Johnson, Edgar Hernandez, James Riley, Patrick Miller, Joseph Hudson, Jacob N. Fritz, Jonathan B. Chism, Shawn P. Falter, Jonathon M. Millican, or any of the other American soldiers who have been captured during this war! Private Kristian Menchaca of Houston and Private Thomas Tucker of Oregon were captured by terrorists in Iraq , hacked to death, their eyes gouged, their bodies defiled. In fact it was the American soldiers who have died including all those who have been captured in this war (and I haven’t seen any enemy POW camps but I’ve seen a shit load of bodies that have been tortured to death by these scum that Dick Durbin is defending!) that give Dick Durbin the FREEDOM to call them nazis for putting some Al-Qaida dirt bag on a bar stool with pajamas and a dunce cap! I might have PTSD but I’m not the one who is sick it’s DICK DURBIN!

Where is the outrage of the American People. I do not believe Eric Holder when he asserts that this was his idea. Assuming arguendo that it is his idea where is the president and why is he allowing this to take place? Why aren’t our Reps in DC screaming for his resignation when that same group, especially Schumer, demanded AG Gonzalez’ resignation for firing AAGs. Where is the moral equivalence?

It is a good thing KSM wasn’t killed when he was first found, and it good he wasn’t brought straight to civilian trial (although he should never be, hopefully we’ll stop it), because we interrogated, gained valuable intel, and saved lives. Now it’s time to execute the savage via a military tribunal, not put NY through unnecessary risk and psychological trauma for a circus show trial (because KSM won’t be released even if somehow acquited, and they’re still using military tribunals for other detainees).

As a mother who lost her 23 year old son on September 11th, and recently visited GTMO and saw this animal in action, I am grief-stricken that Eric Holder has made a decision to move KSM to Manhattan. My son deserves justice. This terrorist does not deserve the rights he stole from the Americans he murdered. NOR does he deserve the media circus his being in NYC will feed. I only wish that the brave young men and women who found him had just killed him then and there.

As a 20+ year Military veteran of this country, I am absolutely discussed by the way this this country is headed. This country is getting more screwed up by the minute. What ever happened to common sense and respect for the families who have lost their loved ones?
